One: Problems:
My left and right earphones cannot be charged at the same time?The left earphone has sound output, but the right earphone has no sound output. What is the reason?The left earphone can’t be paired, and the Bluetooth connection can’t be done. What should I do?
solution：
Please follow the steps below to operate your earbuds.
Delete the pairing name “AXLOIE B2” on your mobile phone and turn off the Bluetooth function. Turn off the earbuds. Press and hold the MFB on L and R at the same time for 10 seconds and release the buttons until the indicators of both earbuds flash red and white alternately 3 times and then go out. Put the earbuds back into the charging case and close the cover. Leave it for 5 seconds. Open the charging case and select the pairing name on your phone. The reset is successful. If the reset fails, please repeat the above steps.
Two: Problems:
After charging the bluetooth earbud, the bluetooth earbuds will be out of power after 20 minutes. What is the reason?Put the earphones in the charging case and nothing happens.
solution：
Please pay attention to the following points when using.
(1) Check whether the battery in the charging box is fully charged.
Try to charge for at least 2 hours.
(2) Have you removed the stickers on the headphone contacts?
When using for the first time, please remove the sticker.
(3) If there is dust or dust, the battery cannot be charged.
Countermeasure: Wipe the contact point between the pin of the charging box and the earphone with alcohol.
(4) If the metal contacts are not aligned correctly and the position is not aligned, the headset will not be powered, and the headset body will not be able to charge.
Countermeasure: When returning to the charging box, you can fine-tune the position of the earphone by pressing the earphone lightly with your hand. Move the headset up and down a few millimeters.
